KartTimer is an application for lap timing, rental karting and kart race management which is used for timing and event management of X30 Challenge Finland. Karttimer supports multi-sector timing and it has really versatile development capabilities for results and stats. The results on Finnish X30 site are a great example of the usage of all features.
Application is hardware manufacturer and platform independent and therefore it offers number of great advantages compared against other available applications. It is possible to use multiple types of decoder at the same time while running Windows, OS X or Linux platform.
Currently supported decoders are; MyLaps (X2, P3 and P98), WEER, AMB (20 and 130), LapSnapper, different types of UHF RFID Gen2 devices and manual timing.
